Courtney and the team there were fast and super friendly. We go to Take 5 all the time because we have a fleet account that came with the purchase of our car so we get our oil changed regularly. We just moved to this area and were in need of an oil change. We were very happy with our experience. The manager came over and double checked to make everything was good and correct. They even offered our kids little snacks while they worked on our car. We’ll for sure be going back!
This was our first visit to this place as the other places we normally use were booked up. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We requested an oil change and tire check as the TPMS light was on. They checked the cabin filter and wow/ the amount of debris was frightening! That was immediately changed. It was reassuring to see they had all items on hand. The total time spent there was about 18 minutes/ we were in the vehicle the whole time. Overall, we are very pleased that we took a chance and visited the Take 5 oil change shop and we we’ll likely visit them again. No issues after servicing were noticed. Give them a try!
Had one of the best experiences. Jason was very knowledgable but also did not pressure me or push me to do something I did not want which I really Appreciate!! Evann was very kind offered us water and went above and beyond , and Shawn was also kind and made sure our experience was awesome. They were a great team and I will definitely be coming back!!
