Staff is amazing!!! Came for an oil change before a trip Noble helped me by checking the coolant & letting me know there was some sludge in the system. I then showed him that I have had a coolant thermostat code for a few months. He ran a coolant flush more than once to make sure my car was good to go. I take long trips often so this meant a lot to me. The peace of mind they gave me was amazing! They even offered me water to drink. I'll never go anywhere else !
I came here at about 6pm and it was such a wonderful experience. I was greeted by Austin with a chilled bottle of water and a smile. Evann guided me in and went STRAIGHT to work, which I loved. Austin didn’t waste time getting my info and payment started (military friendly). He even went ahead and told me what I should get done to my car and didn’t pressure me about doing it right now, which was so nice of him. I tried to read my book for the time being but it all happened so fast, I didn’t even get to the second page haha. Evann was wonderful trying to help me figure out the workings of my car’s settings. I’m just a jet mechanic. Cars? Nope. Thank you so much Austin and Evann!
Very impressed with the customer service today. I have a new car and needed my fluids checked before a trip. The gentleman walked me around and showed me how to check the fluids. It's a new car to me and I needed his expertise....Very polite and informative. I was looking for a trustworthy place to get oil changed in Crestview for my new car....And I Found it!...You all have my business and again thank you to the man who helped me out today
