All I can say is WOW!!! They did an AMAZING job. I had never been to a Take5 and when I pulled in they treated me with a fresh bottle of cold water. I love my water. Than the technician, said Ma’m is it ok for me to check your cabin filter and I didn’t even know what he was talking about. He said it’s on the passenger side and we have NEVER had anyone do that. It was SO bad. Some critters had made nests in there and he had to get a needle nose and kept pulling stuff out. I said I can’t even believe this. No wonder our air didn’t work well. My stereo is even louder! He highly recommended a coolant flush, as it had never been done. We will definitely be going to that location to get our oil changed from now on. They double checked to make sure no oil leaked and were so thorough. Highly recommend this location! They take pride in their work and most don’t in this day and age. Thank you!! :) I’m so bad at names but I wish I could remember to give them Recognition..I want to say one guy was Dustin.
Take 5 next to Arby's on 50 Spring Hill, Fl. - Alex and Austin were amazing! They are both great mechanics with expert knowledge in their line of work. They were fun and had a good time while providing excellent service and advice for the needs of my older Nissan. Great communication skills and friendly, personable men. They were even very sweet with my dog who is petrified of men. Great job guys!!!! Please give them both a raise Take 5.
Came in First thing they did was offer me a water, and then they went through my truck thoroughly Recommended the best oil for my mileage pointed out standard Maintenance Needed in the future after pulling out my Carfax very polite, very professional. I will definitely be going back there. was in and out in 15 to 20 minutes my Old regular place had a 2 1/2 hour wait time I sat in my truck the whole time here
