My last service was awesome, my previous experience here wasn't that great I left a 2 star review, it took like 45 mins and I was the only one there..... This time was totally different they were slammed but they got me in and out in like 17min while fully performing all the same services new shop manager is awesome and very friendly I meant to leave this new review like a week ago. But def the best take 5 in Bradenton!!!! 10/10
I did have an issue which I thought had been corrected. This time and in the past when they scan my car vin it could up with a different name. I have had this in past and thought it was fixed....is was not. We fixed it allegedly this time. Only time will tell and actually if it happens again I will have to find another place to get my oil changed. They are very quick and efficient. The cold bottle of water is also greatly appreciated.
Now I’ve been here almost 10 years! My son was changing my oil. I figured Billy wouldn’t be there . The 2 guys I had at 7 AM on Friday were great! I’ll be back! I moved here almost 2 years ago and met Billy. OMG he is so great. VERY nice and polite. He got moved to a different location and it happened to be on my way to work. So, I found him again. And now, he's back at the original location!! But, today I was able to get oil changed. I tipped him and he gave it to his co worker that's training. What a great guy! Hope Take 5 realizes it! And NO, he's not paying me to say this haha!!! Thanks Billy!!!!!
