The appointment went quick and efficient as usual. There are new team members that add the same quality that was previously present. The technician explored different options with me and it was hot. He had a cool bottle water on deck as I pulled in. I was having some complications and his calmly helped me get through it. I will continue being a loyal customer where I receive excellent service.
Jermaine was excellent, wonderful customer service! The two gentleman on shift were efficient and friendly, took great care of us got us water as soon as we arrived and took great care of our vehicle!
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! The reason I give it two stars is management. On a Sunday shift there is only two guys working 12 hour no breaks. How is a company doing this to there people. This manager better watch out or he will lose all he people. Plus how can you have a take 5 and the wait to get an oil change be 1 hour plus not because of the staff on shift but the lack there of. Do better management! Take care of your people and they will take care of your customers.
