This was our first visit to the location in Altamonte Springs. Typically, we go to our nearby branch in Apopka, but we decided to try this one instead. The service exceeded our expectations with its promptness, professionalism, and friendliness. The staff accommodated us quickly and with genuine courtesy. We are pleased to say we will be returning to this location from now on. Thank you for the exceptional care you provided to both us and our vehicle, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience.
This place is GOATED!! It literally took 5 minutes! I was in and out. I was a bit nervous because I’ve never came here before. I had just told no from Firestone and my girlfriend suggested this place. Best decision ever! Shoutout to my girlfriend for the recommendation!!! The staff was super friendly and supportive!! Honestly, I can’t wait to come back here!! 😊
I drove to the Altamonte location this morning after 8 to get an oil change after stopping at the Apopka location which is where I I typically go. The Apopka location looked closed so I drove to the back where I saw the tech working on a white SUV in the back lot. I tried asking if they were open today and instead of a reply he looked at me and walked away....this is the 2nd time I've had a weird interaction with this specific tech so went to the Altamonte location instead as I am not sure what is going on at this location.... Ivan at the Altamonte location immediately greeted me and was exceptional in all interactions as was the other young man working there ( did not get his name). They quickly took care of my car and answered any questions I've had. The same attitude and service was provided to the other 2 cars there as well so I know this is was not just for me but for all their customers. It's disappointing that the Apopka location has gone down in their customer service as it is much closer to where I live but the location in Altamonte went above and beyond the standards I've come to expect from Take 5. I will gladly drive the extra miles to receive the service from Ivan or the other tech that was there. Thank you for a great experience and doing an exceptional job !
