I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. They even offered a cold bottle of water to everyone in the car, which was a nice touch. The entire process—from waiting to completion—took only about 30 minutes, which was much faster than I expected. I also appreciated that there was absolutely no pressure to purchase additional services or upgrades. They simply took care of the oil change efficiently and got me back on the road. Excellent customer service, quick service, and a stress-free experience. I’ll definitely be back for my next oil change!
This place is amazing the staff greet you with a fresh bottle of water and you don't have get out of your vehicle I was in and out in minutes 😁 the staff there are awesome in less than 1 hours I had 3 of my vehicles oil change at Take 5 ) unlike other places where you bring your vehicle in and takes hours for a simple oil change I'm sticking with Take 5) Orange Ave.West Haven CT. aka RT. 1-Boston Post Rd. There's no outrageous line because you are in and out so fast with quality work done ✅
Every time I take my vehicle for an oil change, the customer service that is provided is always top notch. They greet you with a smile and make you feel a part of the team. Complimentary water and snacks for the children is a plus. The price is reasonable and they always will recommend certain repairs the car will need in the future. Love this place.
