I had an excellent experience here. Not only was my oil change completed in less than 15 minutes but the entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. As a woman, I felt comfortable immediately, the process was explained and all of my questions were answered. The staff has created a great working environment - laughing and joking with each other and customers without preventing them from providing excellent service efficiently. I will definitely be back, and have already recommended them to my family.
Went to Take 5 in Stratford. Fast, friendly crew and clean service. Not only if they change my oil, fill my wash cleaner fluid and fill my tires w air. They also changed my cabin filter for me, after me saying I had it but so afraid I would break something doing it my self. And charged me nothing to do it. thanks guys, your awesome. Highly recommend.
These guys are great. Fast and efficient and friendly. Always coming in clutch with a bottle of water and sometimes even a coupon! These guys even helped me with a flat one day while I waited in their lot for AAA. And during my most recent visit they made me aware of an oil leak. Honestly top tier. All the stars ⭐️
