I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Norwich! From the moment I pulled in, the team went above and beyond—they even greeted me with a bottle of water, which was a really nice touch. What truly stood out was their level of care and attention. Not only did they take care of my oil change quickly and professionally, but they also replaced a spark plug free of charge and added some missing bolts underneath my truck. That kind of honesty and extra effort is rare these days. This was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last. They’ve earned themselves a loyal customer. Highly recommend!
Just went there yesterday with my new to me car. The people here are very knowledgeable about what they're doing. I had a $25 off coupon which made my oil change just as much as if I had to buy all the stuff to do it myself. Highly recommend this place. Thank you Adam for the great service. Didn't get the other guy's name but great experience here.
1st place i seen open on a Sunday. So I said why not.. Absolutely lovely in every way. The three gentleman were very nice so polite patient friendly explained everything they are going to look at and fix .. I was in and out in no time! I wish I asked there names. Great great professional team. They deserve a raise.. Thanks guys
