Oil Change in Norwich, CT at 623 W Main St.

Services there were and have always have been wonderful. Staff was amazing except one employee, his breath was so bad it was really difficult to chat with him. I just couldn’t do it. It just made me wanna vomit. There was an African-American man and a Latino man that was wonderful. Very cheeky very respectful and it was a delightful experience.

VERY proficient and courteous. Maybe too quick, as I don’t remember some things that are normally done being done like using my blinkers to show that they worked and my reprinted window sticker did not show the correct mileage of when I should return ( showed 5k miles instead of 3k miles) I Was immediately greeted with a bottled water , thank you. Much appreciated on a hot summer day. The gentleman automatically reset my oil change maintenance setting in my car and helped me unlock my hood. Everything would’ve been perfect if not for not having the additive that I needed to make it a 5k mile oil chg , making me have to come back sooner in another 3k miles vs almost twice as long for only about $20 less. I choose places like these for convenience and having to come back sooner isn’t convenient but I understand things like this happen. I wasn’t told until it was too late and oil change was already done but I appreciated the honesty. The man gave me two $5 off coupons for the future before I left. Overall , a little pricey but worth the convenience of being able to sit in my car waiting for less than 10 minutes!

It was a super hot day and I received excellent service from the technicians. They gave me a water bottle when I arrived and told me I would be taken care of promptly. Which I was. I hope they get raises for good reviews bc the heat index in which they were working and the pace they kept would warrant a raise or some form of compensation.
