I appreciate the honesty of the employees here. I went in on 7/6 during my work break and not only were they, as a whole, incredibly social, but related to my vehicle to help me potentially solve future issues. (I’m the gal with the Old Honda crv pushing 202k miles). I didn’t think it could be fun to get an oil change but all of the staff members made it so. Thank you. I wish I could give names I just don’t remember but whoever was working at around 4:30 on 7/6/2026, you guys were awesome!! 11/10
Had a great experience at Take 5! The service was fast, professional, and everyone was super friendly from the moment I pulled in. A special shout-out to Nate for going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and explained clearly. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but Nate made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how quickly the team got me back on the road. If you’re looking for an oil change and excellent customer service, I highly recommend Take 5. Went on a Friday afternoon for oil change/tire pressure, had a couple extra services like filters changed (recommended), and new wipers (my choice) in addition to oil change. The entire process took 7-8minutes. Very transparent pricing posted, work done in front of you with explanations for everything. Knowledgeable and courteous employees. Slightly higher pricing than other places but worth it. The transparency in process and pricing with the professionalism is worth it. I will be back.
