ALWAYS a great experience. Take 5 has a system put in place that replicates impeccable service every time. The staff greets you & gives you a water when you arrive. You get to stay in your car and be productive checking emails during this process…couldn’t be better! They are very thorough and communicate like a nascar pit crew. Boom boom pow!! Like clockwork they go step by step as a team and get the job done. Check fluids, inspect the undercarriage & engine bay, set tire pressures to your liking, and show you the oil level in the dipstick when done. Quick, efficient, smooth process that makes it an easy decision to get my vehicles oil changes done here.
10/10, no notes. Quick, honest, helpful and genuinely enjoyable service. I was immediately offered a complimentary water, pulled right in, and they had me taken care of quickly. The guy helping me had unreal customer service (would’ve thought I was pulling up to the Ritz). I especially appreciated that instead of trying to upsell me, he gave me an honest assessment of when I should get other things taken care of. They cleaned my windshield, filled my tires and the guys working on my car were efficient, friendly and cracking some quality jokes. Never thought I’d say this but they actually left me looking forward to my next oil change.
Pulled up on a hot Sunday and they met me with ice cold bottle of water. Pulled up and they let me hang in the car while I waited. It was a little pricey, but worth it for the convenience. Shout out to Zach. Excellent, straightforward service. Pro tip: check if the garage is full of cars or not. They have three lanes. If they’re all full and stacked two cars deep, it could be an hour wait.
