By far the best oil change experience ever! My wife and I are new to the area and after driving 5 days across country our oil was in desperate need to changing. We pulled up and were greeted with bottles of cold water which we thought was so nice considering that was never offered before anywhere. After checking in they stated they were out of the type of oil we had, but offered to make a call to other local places. After no luck the manager came out and told us he would run to auto zone and pick up the oil we needed! That was the sweetest thing to ensure we were able to get our service completed! We are blown away we are ONLY coming here from now on for our oil change service!
Wonderful team working here! Extremely courteous and professional. We were in and out in just a few minutes. 😊 Also if any of you see this I'm genuinely sorry for being "that guy" and coming in just a few minutes before close. I didn't realize how late it was until I pulled up. Y'all had every reason to be upset but weren't and that says a lot about your characters. Thank you! Sincerely a tired mom trying to keep her Exploder from well.. exploding. 🤣
The second I got there on a SUNDAY, I got a water for waiting during the change. Then Ethan (the Assistant Manager) and Tyler (the Lead Tech) just gave me 5 star service throughout. They explained the oil I needed and why, they told me about other problems and what that would entail (even though they don't do those services). They were quick and efficient, I got to wait in my car and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Beats going to Walmart and waiting an hour or more any day! If you get either of those two, you are blessed! I will be coming here for my oil changes from here on out. They took customer service to another level!!!
