On a 5,000 mile trip to/from Berlin, MD, to Denver, CO. I travel in a ProMaster van, and usually use Valvoline for my oil changes. My great nephew highly recommended Take 5 in Peyton, CO, instead. Stated their expertise and service was a leap above Valvoline, and their prices were better too. I was skeptical but now a believer. Great customer service, great price on a full-synthetic oil change. Did I mention great savings using their coupons too. Thanks guys for a job well-done!
Quick and not too pushy on things if it was a no it was a no. Grady and Jacob were both super nice and definitely would go back just for those two alone because they were super respectful and kind especially after a tough day it was really nice. I work in customer service and I can say you never know what someone else is going through so it's always great when people who work in customer service know how to be kind and respectful! Made my day!
I happened to stumble upon a Take 5 Oil worker (I believe Jonathon was his name) across the street at the auto parts store as I was trying to figure out what was going on with my car. He immediately helped me and identified that my oil cap was off and all of my oil had spilled everywhere. He told me to go right over to Take 5 and he would take care of it. Him and his colleague Mason were so kind and helpful and fixed everything for me, which I am so grateful for as I was with my two babies in the heat. I am so glad Jonathon was there at the right time and I will definitely be coming back for my oil changes in the future! Thank you!!
