I just wanted to share my appreciation for the excellent service I received at your locations. You truly live up to your name by being incredibly fast while ensuring the job is done correctly. The customer service was amazing. I appreciated that there was no pressure to upsell, and being able to see the work performed from my car including verifying the oil level and seeing the old filter provided great peace of mind. Your rates are already affordable, yet you still offered a discount and even provided a water bottle while I waited. Take 5 is exactly what my family and I have been looking for. I now use your services for both of my vehicles and will highly recommend you to others. Thank you for the great work, and I will see you next time.
Such a great experience! They were quick and very helpful and not at all pushy with anything. They even pointed out that my battery needed some attention and sent me next door to Auto Zone where I ended up needing a new battery. Great experience! Will definitely be getting my oil changed here moving forward!
These guys always take care of me when I go. Thought I need an oil change and was early instead of charging me one of the Guys OBED was like no man we will just top all the fluids for you no charge checked that everything was good and with no rush definitely will be back!!
