I visited Take 5 Oil Change for the first time today, and I had an excellent experience. As soon as I pulled in, Keaton greeted me with a cold bottle of water and asked how he could help. It was a very thoughtful gesture, especially on such a hot day 🥵 Keaton and Amber were friendly, professional, and honest, making the entire process quick and stressful-free. My oil change was completed in about 10minutes, and I was on the road quickly. Excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back!

I can’t remember her name off the top of my head, but she is the new manager & she has given me exceptional service every time I come in to Take5. I came by a few days ago to get an oil top off & new windshield wipers & the service from everyone was phenomenal, but the manager made sure to go above & beyond. She made sure that all of my fluids were topped off and gave me wonderful wiper blades. She even made sure that my children had fruit snacks and juices while we were waiting in our vehicle. I would recommend this location specifically to anybody who asks just because of the Manager. I refuse to go anywhere else. I’ll pay the money For anything to be done there Just because of the exceptional service.

Outstanding service from start to finish. I pulled my truck in today and was back on the road in under 10 minutes flat—easily one of the smoothest, fastest shop visits I’ve had. A huge shoutout to Jr, Amber, and the rest of the crew on the line. The entire team operated like a well-oiled pit crew: thorough, professional, and clear with their communication the entire time without any high-pressure upselling. It is rare to see that level of efficiency and solid customer service. If you need fast, dependable service done right, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be back for the next one. 10/10.
