I came An attempt to get my oil changed for the second time today after a terrible experience at another shop The first shop, I went to wasted An hour of my time just to tell me that they were unable to do my oil change due to the filter being too tight. Although I completely understand that this was an issue I did Not appreciate my time, being wasted, especially after I already expressed that I Needed to leave at a specific time. I quickly went over to This take five location in hopes of getting my oil changed however, they ended up telling me the same thing, but this time the customer service was Excellent, they understood my circumstances, and they didn't waste my time. They did their very best to resolve my issue and I appreciate the effort And the excellent communication throughout this process. Although I did not leave with my oil changed, I am very appreciative of how hard they worked to get me in and were considerate of my time. It was unfair to them that I came to them with this dilemma, but they still handled it Very well.
