Amazing service. The team in bay 2 were absolutely amazing, professional and very friendly. They educated me on everything that needed to be done on my car besides the oil change. From checking the air filters, to changing out coolant fluid and to topping off my tire pressure .They don't just tell you what needs to be done, they take photos to show you what your fluids are looking like and how they should look like. The price to get everything done was reasonable. Definitely recommend Take 5 and will be coming back for service in the future. I was highly impressed with them, and it was my first time coming to them. I been to other drive through oil changes and never experienced anything this great. Thank you so much.
Every time I go here I'm greeted by a friendly face and offered a cold bottle of water (and a dog bone when my pup is with me!). But that wouldn't be enough to keep me coming back, as nice as it is. What keeps me coming back is the professionalism and competency I see at every visit. I've gone to other oil change franchises with new air filters and new wiper blades, and been told I needed to replace them. Not here! They check out everything and recommend only what's needed. Thank you for being a place I can trust.
Great experience all the mechanics were very respectful and attentive, the price was a little much for an oil change but 24 minutes for an oil change, engine filter replacement, oil filter replacement, and a fuel system additive is hard to best. I was able to stay in the car with my 3 kids and they had us in and out without any complaints from the backseat so we'll worth the price. As they say you can have it fast or you can have it cheap but you can't have both and well a quick pit stop with polite workers is a huge win.
