I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Perris! The team is incredibly fast, friendly, and provides excellent customer service. From what I’ve seen, all the positive reviews are absolutely accurate. I really appreciate that they don’t pressure you into buying anything your vehicle doesn’t need. They use Carfax to help track your vehicle’s maintenance and will suggest services if needed, but there’s no hassle at all if you decide to pass. One of the best parts is that you stay in your car while they complete the oil change in about 10 minutes. They even offer you a cold bottle of water while you wait, which is a nice touch. On top of that, they top off all fluids, check filters, and adjust your tire pressure. Their prices are better than Jiffy and Valvoline. Overall, it’s a quick, convenient, and stress-free experience. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. I went there because I had a 50% off coupon which they gladly honored. First they introduced themselves, offered me a water, and showed me the various grades of oil and services they offer-nothing felt pressured. They guided me over the bay and I was finished and out in about 5 minutes! I stayed in my car the entire time. Everyone was super pleasant and thanked me for coming. I think I found my new oil change place. Thank you.
Came in for an oil change and was immediately greeted and taken care of. There were a few cars ahead, but the team managed the flow efficiently and I was pulled into a bay quickly. James was calm, professional, and clearly in control even while things got busy. He communicated clearly about the wait, kept everything moving, and made the whole process smooth. Offered water as well, which was a nice touch. Another tall tech ended up stepping out during the rush (seemed manic) , but James stayed composed and kept the operation running without any slowdown or confusion. Oil change was quick, straightforward, and hassle-free. No pressure, no confusion, just solid service. I’ll be coming back to this location based on this experience.
