Oil Change in Monrovia, CA at 913 E Huntington Dr.

I was a ways from home and my oil light went on. I randomly searched for someplace to get an oil change. Made some calls and the young man that answered was very nice and knowledgeable. I decided to stop here. I knew I really needed the whole works done, Trevor explained everything to me and showed me bad filters that needed to be replaced. Adrian got me checked in. I was in and out within a half hour. I received some nice discounts too. I highly recommend this place and high 5’s to Trevor and Adrian who took excellent care of me!

Trevor was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I highly recommend their service. Not on the techs but in general if you have after market tires that require a different PSI make sure to mention that to them. They are trained to go off manufacturers PSI. Lesson learned for me. Hopefully this saves others the hassle. Again both techs were great. Trevor was training or overseeing.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after my second great experience at Take 5, I had to. Both times I’ve gone, the staff has been incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. From the moment you pull up, they make the whole process feel easy and stress-free. One thing I really appreciate as a woman in my 20s is that they actually take the time to explain everything they’re doing and walk you through the service without making you feel uncomfortable or pressured. Unfortunately, I know a lot of women my age feel nervous going to car service places alone because it can feel intimidating or like you’re being taken advantage of. I never once felt that way here. They were honest, patient, and genuinely helpful. The customer service is honestly top tier. They even offer you a water while your car is being serviced, which is such a small thing but makes the experience feel that much more thoughtful. The fact that you stay in your car the whole time is also a huge plus. The service is quick, efficient, and the staff keeps the conversation going so the time flies by. I was able to get my oil changed and still have enough time to grab lunch all within my one-hour break from work. I came back to the office talking nonstop about how great my experience was. I’ll definitely keep coming back to Take 5 and recommending them to everyone I know!
