Visited the new Take 5 Oil Change on McHenry & Tokay yesterday and had a great experience. We were checked in quickly, and the technician even offered us cold bottled water while we waited. The available services were clearly displayed with easy-to-read signage and straightforward, competitive pricing. Before starting, they asked which service we wanted and didn’t try to upsell us or push any unnecessary extras, which I really appreciated. From the time we pulled into the bay to the time we drove away, the entire visit took about 25 minutes. That’s much faster than going to a mechanic or dealership, and being able to stay in the car meant I could wipe down the interior and catch up on a few emails while they worked. The whole process felt organized, professional, and hassle-free, and I appreciated that they showed me the dipstick afterward so I could see the oil level was full. Every technician we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. That’s one of the biggest factors in whether I’ll return, and they definitely earned a repeat customer. Thanks to the Take 5 Oil Change team! See you in a few months… or sooner!
I went on for an oil change. I was promptly greeted and given a bottle of water. I pulled into the bay and was explained the different levels of oil change. I chose the one that fit my needs the best. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. While my oil was being changed they checked my other fluids topping off my washer fluid. Not only that but my tires were inflated per the recommended pressure and they even cleaned my windshield. All of this was included, no extra charge. I went in for an oil change and left with so much more. I highly recommend Take 5 !!! I will be using them again . Thank you to the staff at Take 5 for all you did.
Team is definitely the definition of fast & friendly service! Great service by Gabe(Svc writer who greeted me as I’m pulling up offering a water walking me through the prices and explaining things as my car is being worked on. Funny sense of humor forgetting his name at the moment “Jonathan”. Great service by Julian and “Herrick” Jonathan who worked under my hood. I def 100% recommend location & team! Thank you!
