Well it started off great at the Take 5 on Richmond Rd and great service there but when I took my other car back they was packed so we decided to go to the one on state line.The people that pulled us in was great but when it was time to get the manager cause they would honor the Same deal as the one on Richmond and the manager name was Zach by the way he never once came out to discuss anything, he kept sending his employees and I felt as if he should have got up and came out to discuss why he couldn’t honor so the employee had to go back and forth until finally I just told them to put everything back and I’ll go where I been going.For now on I will wait and continue my oil changes at Richmond due to the lazy supervisor you have on state line.The stars are for the Richmond rd

They used their expert knowledge to thoroughly answer my questions and make sure everything was running perfectly, which completely made me feel safe on the road. Outstanding customer service like this gives me a strong desire to return again and again. Highly recommend!
The guys were SO friendly and accommodating! We always leave amazed at the customer service… Smiles on their faces and no pressure whatsoever. The price is right, too.
