Tessa is the BEST! she goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to help you to the best of your ability and keep your vehicle in good working condition! She is an absolute BLESSING! I have been to other take 5s that ha e taken advantage amd she ALONE has made up for all of that in the past just by doing what she genuinely can to help you out. I HIGHLY suggest this take 5 in harrison Arkansas. I drive an hour out of my way just to come get service from her and her team! This human alone deserves a gold star medal for being a genuinely kind and helpful human being and we should all learn from her how to truly do your job and make other feels heard and get the issue fixed! I give 1 MILLION STARS 🌟 🤩 and they gave us their last popsicle while waiting in this heat. They have their heads on right and and care about their job. I literally will never go anywhere else again because of the immaculate service ive been provided here every single time I visit! TESSA deserves a raise!!! And a praise yall!!! 👏 thank you Tessa! You are the best!!
They met me with a cold bottle of water and got my oil changed in record time! I was a difficult customer e.g. coupons, a third party paid, 20k miles over the recommended oil changed mileage, yes I said difficult lol they took care of my car with ease. I was/am very impressed with the garage and employees and will definitely be giving them my business in the future!
I read the reviews people had posted about Take 5 Oil Change being expensive and was apprehensive about getting my oil changed there. I decided to try it out for myself! I AM SO GLAD I DID!! The people who work there are nice, knowledgeable, and explain everything to you! You are told the prices of the different types of oil changes and oil they offer. You are given the option for them to replace stuff such as a new oil filter and are told the added price it will be. No hidden fees and no pushy sales person. I had a coupon too so that helped with the price of my oil change! They also checked my tires and put air in them, topped off my windshield wiper fluid, and cleaned my windshield. I sat in my car with my daughter and mother while they did everything! I will DEFINITELY be going to Take 5 again for my next oil change and the one after that and the one after that…..
