Super friendly + fast! I love that I did not have to exit my vehicle & they had an attendant specifically designated to handle communication from the “pit crew” to me, like I was part of the team! They showed me things that needed to be changed, like the engine filter. As well as things that could go a bit longer. For example, my glove compartment air filter! I opted to change it. NEVER knew my car had an internal air filter, did you?!! They also provided a bottle of cold water! My experience was amazing 🤩 🚗
My Grandson and I showed up for Service and there was one car in one Bay and one Employee with them, and another that had grabbed Two Cold Waters, and was walking toward us, which was out First Pleasant Surprise, and then directed us through to the other Empty Bay. He proceeded to start our Oil Change and right away let my Grandson know how over due it was, he let Michael know that I had mentioned to him that it had been a year or two since I last had it done. It was he let us choose the plan we wanted,which was one below the premium. While Michael continued our Service he was very Courteous, Professional and a Blessing to Converse with and Brighten a Day that started out Dreary, see U just got out of Hospital from more testing, In battling Two Different Cancers right now, so any time I have a Chance to Laugh and Smile, that's a Blessing and so is the person that made me feel like that. My Sincere Thank you for your Service and your Wonderful Employees
My mom just gave me her car and I brought it in for an overdue oil change. I had no idea what she had serviced or when and Isaiah was able to look it up on carfax. I ended up getting a few extra things done that were overdue. The guys were all fast and friendly. They went above and beyond expectations and explained things well for me. I'll definitely be back for future service.
