I went yesterday to get an oil change. 4 of us showed up at once, and they really got us all taken care of in a great time frame! They were really nice, professional, and welcoming. They showed me my air filter, showed me my fluid that clearly needed to be replaced, explained what was needed for my car and explained the different pricing and different oil brands. If you are wanting a company that knows what they are doing, have great staff, and are officiant this is your place!
There were a lot of cars waiting for service and only two ladies so we had to wait, but the service was worth it! It was over 100 degrees and HOT and those ladies were so nice and friendly and smiled the entire time we were there. That says a lot in this heat to continue to have a good attitude. They offered us cold water too. I will definitely go back!
It took over an hour for me to get my oil changed and the lady with purple hair was being snippy wth curly hair young man He was trying to be professional. I know it was the heat. It was hot in the bay. I was soaking wet myself from sitting in the car. The guy was very nice and professional. They were having trouble with the equipment. She did apologize for the wait and she was nice to me, and offered me water which I was grateful for, but I felt bad for the young man. Sorry, I don’t know their names.
