Had a bad experience with another oil change place. I decided to try the new place, take five was wonderful. Due to no fault of their own,they were not able to complete the service, full refund was given, and as soon as I could take care of the problem, I was very happy to return and pay them for their work. Highly recommended, I will not be going anywhere else for both of my cars.
Yall the Take 5 off military is unmatched. I’m never going to another one. Jayme was super helpful not only in making sure the job was done and done right, but going out of her way to offer me knowledge and savings for the next time. Also, super quick. I wasn’t even done making my grocery list. Happy customer for sure.
Ryan and the team (Ethan and Tim) is doing an amazing job. Clear communication every step of the way and no unnecessary selling. Offered us better packages and clearly stated their benefits. Checked everything including coolant and tires. Great experience, will be back.
