I took both my Toyotas to Take 5 & glad I did. Yes they recommend filters etc, but they also show you your filters first so you can decide! I also had my coolant changed & after seeing the difference in how it should’ve been, glad I did it! You know, you gotta pay to keep your vehicle running well, if it takes care of you, take care of it! Both my vehicles are 15 years old & run like new because I maintain them like you’re supposed to! Be smart people. These guys on River Rd were so kind & respectful and did Not try & sell me ANYTHING I DIDN’T NEED! I will go back again & again, thank you Take 5!!
Had an absolutely amazing experience at Take 5, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Westin, the lead tech who helped me. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough from start to finish. He took the time to make sure everything I needed was taken care of and honestly went above and beyond what I expected. You can tell Westin takes a lot of pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing great service. Everything was explained clearly, the whole process was smooth, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was in great hands. Highly recommend this location, and especially Westin. Outstanding service all around!
Talil, Angelino, Jason were phenomenal with Customer Service and taking care of my 2022 Subaru crosstrek sport. All fluids changed including flushing the radiator, new wipers. As I travel full-time on the road, I left the store with a great deal of confidence that my vehicle will get me through another three months. They also ask that you come in for a follow up visit so they can check all the fluids. Everything was performed and completed while I sat in the vehicle with my dog. They gave me water and gave him dog treats and it’s very reassuring that you can actually watch the work being done on your vehicle. These guys are doing a great thing here I highly recommend the store!
