I had an oil change done yesterday at the Take 5 Tucson Marketplace location, and the experience was excellent from start to finish! We arrived about 30 minutes before closing, and the staff, Sebio and his leadership, were incredibly welcoming and professional despite the late timing. We even apologized for coming in so close to closing, and they reassured us that we had arrived just in time. They offered us cold water while we waited and kept us informed throughout the entire process, explaining what was being done and making sure everything stayed within our budget. The service was quick, efficient, and very customer focused. Both Sebio and his leadership were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to what was going on under the hood! I usually go to the Irvington location, but based on this experience, I’ll definitely be returning to the Tucson Marketplace location going forward. Their professionalism, communication, and overall customer service really stood out! Thanks Take 5 Team!
Great service! We were starting the last leg of our road trip. We showed up right at opening so we could hit the road as soon as possible. We were greeted immediately with bottled waters and the crew got right to work. Communication and service was clear and smooth. Got oil change and coolant flush before the heat of the day’s drive really started to rise. Thanks Raul and the rest of the crew for starting our day off right!
Worker were really nice. It was a a warm day they give us work. And my kids fruit snacks. Really mindful that our children were in the car, so they gave us a good speedy, but official oil change, good price on our new windshield wipers. All worker were nice. Manger was respectful to use and workers. We went when one worker was training. His coworker we patient give clear instructions. We will be back in 6mt for n sure. Plases with job.
