Last visit was nearly catastrophic. The tech fumbled the new oil filter install and by the time I got home, 12 miles later, the last bit of fresh oil dribbled on my driveway. Take 5 refunded my money and gave me a coupon for my next visit. This was the next visit and it seems to have gone much better. A tip: ask the tech to show you the old filter so you can confirm its complete removal. Sometimes the old gasket doesn't completely peel away and obstructs a good seal when the new filter's installed.
It us a business that deserves a visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered all the questions I had with patience and understanding. If there was one thing I was dissapointed with was the discount online coupons. I pulled the 30% off service and received $15.00 off when there is a coupon for $ 25.00. LITTLE MISLEADING IF YOU DONT TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE FINE PRINT..
The fellas at Take 5 were great! They were very courteous, professional and efficient! Everything was very transparent and they answered all my questions. I’m kind of a cranky old man , but they knew how to handle me. I recommend Take 5 for your oil change and simple maintenance. Thanks Take 5!
