I was very impressed with the work that was done with my oil change on my 2014 Mini Countryman. It was my first time there and was a little apprehensive to go to Take 5 because of the make of my car. It was such an amazing time with having great employees with Jack and Porter. They made me feel very comfortable and confiding in the work done at Take 5. I came in after 7PM last night but even at that they were very attentive and with me not having my car for too many months they were very knowledgeable with what questions I had.. Very impressed and I know now firsthand why there is 5 stars for this Take 5. On top of the great service I had received online thru text a $25 coupon which was a great savings since I am retired on fixed income. Thank you again for the great service. I will recommend Take 5 to all my friends and family.
Take 5 was great! Convenient, very quick, great customer service and no pressure or attempts to sell me "brake light fluid". I am a woman and too many times have I tried to get a simple oil change and a mechanic wants to upsell me or talk down to me. They took care of my car, while I sat in it, answered any and all questions I had and even double checked each other's work. Kenzie, David and the rest of the crew were knowledgeable, friendly and quick! Reasonably priced and in the neighborhood. (Good location) Will be going back for my next service!
The staff here are excellent!! I came into town to move my college student back home. The change oil light came on the dash of my student’s SUV right before our drive back and I needed a quick oil change before hitting the highway. They had me in and out in no time. I see why it is called Take 5. The staff was friendly and customer service was superb. In addition, they topped off my fluids, checked tire pressures, and even cleaned my windshield. The vehicle is now ready for the journey back home. If you live in Tucson or need an oil change while visiting I highly recommend the Tale 5 on East Broadway. Thank you for your professionalism and service!
