Brandon and his team took excellent care of me. I originally went to the location off Cactus and they turned me away saying they didn’t have my filter. I went up to the Bell location where they did have my filter but didn’t have my oil so Brandon went to the cactus location to pick it up as to not inconvenience me any further. His team is incredibly friendly, exceptionally helpful, and it was a genuine pleasure. I will be going to the Bell location from now on even though the Cactus location is closer to my home.
Had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Mo, Antoine, and Brandon were amazing and made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free. They were all very friendly, professional, conversational and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I really appreciate the great service and positive attitude from the whole team. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others!
Great place!!! I needed my oil changed today as well as my tires checked so I went by Take 5. They are fast 💨!!! The other place I take my car for maintenance, etc, on average, takes about 2 hours to change my oil (plus air filter). Isaiah, at the Take 5 I went to in Surprise, in W. Bell Rd, took good care of my car, installed a new cabin filter, and his co-worker, whose name I, unfortunately, didn’t get, changed my oil, the main reason I went here. Well, Take 5, specifically this one, off Bell, in Surprise, is my new go-to for oil changes & other car maintenance! Thanks. 😊
