I was greeted right away, and there was virtually no wait time before they started working on my vehicle. They explained everything clearly, never pressured me into extra services, and completed my oil change in about 15 minutes while still paying close attention to quality. I really appreciated being able to stay in my vehicle during the service, which made the visit even more convenient. The team was knowledgeable, courteous, and kept me informed throughout the process, making sure everything was done correctly before I left. Excellent customer service, fast turnaround, and a hassle-free experience—I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and highly recommend Take 5 to anyone looking for quick, reliable service.
My car was due for an oil change, and my husband and I decided to come here. We received great service from Mo and Austin. The manager was also very friendly and took the time to double-check that all the work had been completed correctly. We were able to stay in our car the entire time, which made the experience very convenient. They even offered us water while we waited. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely be back!
They were amazing. We were just there for a oil change but they showed us that my mini van didn't have any coolant in it and the radiator was low. This was shocking considering the last oil change was done at the dealership. So not only do they make my family vehicle safe again they literally saved us thousands of dollars for a blown up engine! Definitely have a customer for life.
