⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the absolute best experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I pulled in, the entire team was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly communicative. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. It was clear that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in providing excellent service. ❤️ What really stood out to me was how kind, understanding, and trustworthy everyone was. I ran into an issue with my card not working when it was time to pay. Instead of making the situation stressful, they were incredibly patient and allowed me to go withdraw cash while leaving my ID with them. That level of trust and understanding is something you don't see often these days, and I truly appreciated it. I also had the opportunity to meet the owner personally, and he was one of the kindest and most caring business owners I've ever met. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, and his genuine concern for both his customers and his team was obvious. You can tell he has created a positive culture that reflects throughout the entire staff. This was hands down the best oil change experience I've ever had. They did an awesome, fast job. There was the perfect amount of friendly urging to replace filter and top of the different "ad-ons" but when I said no they didn't push or didn't make me feel guilty or anything. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. It's super impressive to see how well trained and regulated their process is. Also it's refreshing to see people working as a team so quickly and effectively. I almost want to go back just so my kids can witness the whole process...well I will be back, in about 5,000 miles.

This was probably the best fast serve oil change facilities I’ve ever used. I’ve had past places strip the oil plug, now screw on and he cap and left the filter loose. This team worked together and checked each others work then doubled checked it. All team members were courteous and respectful. They do offer additional service but nothing was high pressure. Will definitely use this business again.
