⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands down, one of the best Take 5 experiences I’ve had! The crew on Shea Blvd had nothing but good energy and good vibes from the moment I pulled up. They got me in and out quick, but they still took the time to explain everything about my oil, what my car needed, and what I should keep an eye on. I never felt pressured just informed. The team was professional, friendly, and efficient. The customer service was on point, and they made the whole experience smooth and easy. If you’re looking for fast service with people who actually care, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be back!
Take 5 Oil Change is amazing! The staff are the absolute nicest guys. Very engaging and very friendly. When they directed me in and was parked. I was greeted with a bottle of cold water. As you sit in your car and wait while they work. My only issue is not with the guys or service, it’s that these guys have to work in the heat. They don’t have any air conditioning or something that provides a better cooling effect a couple of mounted fans. Summer is pretty much here and only getting hotter. They need some kind of cooling in the building. Thank you guys for your kindness and excellent service.
I stopped by Take 5 Oil Change this past Sunday afternoon for a routine oil change, and I had a really great experience. The team was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. I think the tech helping me was named Steve (hopefully I remembered that right), and everyone there had excellent customer service. They were kind, informative, and didn’t make me feel pressured at all. Definitely appreciated how smooth the visit was. Thanks again!
