Wildly impressed with how knowledgeable, professional and efficient the entire staff was. I feel like I get my oil changed fingers crossed nothing weird goes wrong and I don’t pay $500 for a million filters I’ve never heard of - very transparent about showing you everything and asking what you’d prefer. Truly can’t say enough about how great the service was and how much pride they take in their job!
It was an oil change. Three grades of synthetic to choose from. Tires were inflated, windshield cleaned, fluid levels checked and topped off, air filter inspected (still good), belts and hoses OK. Never needed to get out of my car and everyone was friendly. I'll still need my own mechanic to check for oil leakage and for a lot of other problems, but he won't need to spend time on what was already done at Take 5. And I won't be driving around with the oil level warning light on in the meantime. I would use Take 5 again and recommend it. 👌
Extremely friendly, helpful, and remarkably quick service. We were also able to use a coupon after signing up so the price ended up discounted. Some training was taking place, but it didn’t even remotely slow down the process and the overall demeanor of everyone working on my car was very welcoming and informative. Super coordinated and organized as well. They know what they’re doing and how to take care of cars that’ll be weathering the desert heat. If you’re new to the area or just shopping around for any reason, this is probably your best bet!
