Great experience at Take 5 Now I know there is a wealth of Minute Clinic Oil Change shops around these days and we have choice... but I am very glad I went to this one. This team was great and very attentive plus they call out progress and safety steps to each other to be thorough and on point. I was very happy with the service I received and this Team deserves Recognition for their efforts to change my Rides oil while in extreme heat conditions ( this is Arizona after all ) Take you Take 5 team for a Job well done. You deserve a Pizza Party !!
I always enjoy Take 5 services, because they always have friendly staff and are speedy. This time was a bit slower, they seemed to be understaffed and it was really hot outside so I won’t rate it less because shit happens, but I’ll at least make a note of it: It took about 45min from the time that I pulled up to the time I left for them to complete the service. I waited in line for about 20 minutes (there were two cars in their 2 bays already when I got there), and then it took about 25 minutes to complete the service. Sounds like someone was running late for their shift that day from overhearing what the guys were saying. Other than it taking longer than anticipated, they were friendly and professional and I would rather pay the higher prices here for the speed of service than wait at a dealership or auto shop for hours, so thank you.
Extremely honest, Very refreshing. Charles at 32nd And Bell location was amazing. Professional And polite. My Hyundai Kona needed an oil change it said in the vehicle. Pulled in And after he checked my oil, he said ma’am will change your oil, but it’s showing that it’s full and very clean. I think you can go several more months. I was like blown away at the honesty and will definitely be going back to this location! Thank you!
