Cynthia was so helpful. I don't understand what any of the comments are talking about. I was hesitant on coming in but I decided to go. Went in on on a Wednesday and she helped me understand everything even broke down the price differences. Huge props! Please keep her and ensure she is there when I go back.❤️
I stopped in on an unexpectedly busy Tuesday evening. There were only two workers present and I waited well over an hour BUT, they were both extremely kind, professional, and efficient. They did not skip a beat going from one car to another and I was completely satisfied and did not feel rushed or unheard. I had the option to return another day when they let me know the situation and wait time but I chose to wait since I had the time. I appreciated the honesty and heads up otherwise it would have been very different review. Kudos Mario and Junior! I hope you are treated and paid well by Take 5!!
