Attached is a photo from last years review as today's review has changed a bit only this year goes out to the General Manager Ryan and his amazing team. They work in such uniform manor nothing is ever missed, starting with offering waters while we wait in our car, Ryan personally greeted us making sure his team was keeping us informed of everything checked n completed right to showing the clean oil n levels on the dipstick.. Take 5 and go to Take 5 Oil Change centers I won't use anyone else again!! Thank you to Ryan and his awesome n amazing team!!🩵💙🩵💙❤️❤️🩷🩷
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an awesome experience at Take 5 Oil Change on 67th Avenue and Indian School on Thursday 7/16/2026 Lucio was my oil technician, and he was outstanding! I never felt pressured into buying any additional services. Instead, Lucio took the time to explain what my vehicle needed in a clear and honest way. His communication was excellent, and he always asked for my permission before doing anything to my vehicle, which I really appreciated. The entire team was quick, efficient, and professional. Even the manager on site, while Lucio was working hard he brought him a sweat band so he can work more comfortable which shows true concern for his co workers. They clearly know what they're doing, and the no-pressure approach made this one of the best oil change experiences I've had here in Phoenix AZ I highly recommend this location, and if you get the chance, ask for Lucio. Excellent customer service!
Fantastic customer service the General Manager even came over to talk with me to reassure me that I was doing right with the maintaince care of my Ford Flex..My oil was changed before our conversation was completed . I've been to several locations for Take 5 I immediately pulled into the bay they changed my oil so fast with a filter change I couldn't believe how quick they were. Dynamite Team work location 67th Ave Indian School...Thank you for being at your best .
