Went in for an oil change and there was one guy by himself (a champ) got to my car really quickly even though he had one other car in at the same time. Unfortunately he wasnt able to replace my oil filter due to it being tightend to hard on my last oil change so he gave me the oil change on the house. Could not have asked for a better cutomer service experiance.
Came in to this location for an oil change I'd put off for about a year as I don't drive much due to working from home. I spoke with who I assume is the lead, Aidan (sorry if the spelling is incorrect). This young man was an exceptional lead, was clear and concise, and extremely friendly. Most importantly, he was honest and that means more to me than anything. I'm not that knowledgeable with cars and have always relied on others for help. Aidan explained to me that despite the length of time it had been since my last oil change, I was still good for another 2k miles and to come back in and he'd take care of me. He gave me a new oil change sticker, entered my info into the system and chatted with me for a few while he wrapped up. Great service and honesty like this is rare and I can promise you I will be returning.
Excellent experience at Take 5. Assistant Manager Andrew came out, introduced himself, and shook my hand right away. I noticed several quality checks being performed throughout the service, which gave me confidence that the team takes pride in their work. The entire visit was quick and efficient—I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Great location and great service. Highly recommend.
