Rosalyn, the service writer, and Ben in the pit crew were fast, precise, and honest with their work ethic. They explained all my options clearly and left the decisions up to me as the customer without any pressure. Most people come in looking for deals, but what stood out to me was how professional and efficient they were — especially working in 101-degree heat with a hot engine 🔥🥵. I had an amazing experience!! 2 women service techs - extremely knowledgeable, polite, and friendly!! They offered me a water as soon as I arrived and made sure I was getting exactly what my vehicle needed…. (no extra unnecessary add on push !). They offered to change out my filters and showed me the wear and tear on the existing. They made sure my vehicle was topped off on everything needed before I left! I was on my way to work so they made sure I was in and out-quick!!! Amazing experience. Highly recommend this location with these ladies!!
Came in for some help with a issue and they got me in fast and was able to help fix my bottom skid plate and get me back on the road. Excellent team here. And good safety note if a fire happens here the fire department will be here quick. They had a customer bring in a smoking car from oil issues and it set there alarm off.
