Oil Change in Mesa, AZ at 2635 E Broadway Rd.

My old oil change place shut down, so I needed a reliable place to go. As a single woman, getting services done on my car makes me a little nervous. Other places try to upcharge me for other services and try to talk to me about things I don't really understand, and I don't like that. I was greeted by Wyatt with a cold water on a warm day, a perfect first impression. He was welcoming and showed me where to go. Connor rang me up and answered my questions about the different oils. He was very knowledgeable, and I felt very comfortable being there. Wyatt explained the oil level and color before he finished up. I love that the gentlemen communicated with each other the whole time about what they were doing to the car, where they were going, and what oil was coming in and going out. It showed they work well together as a team. There were other gentlemen there, and I didn't catch their names. IMO, they have great prices even without the coupon from the website, but with it, it was even better. I definitely will be coming back! Thank you!

I didn't see the survey come up yet so I will make my own. I have been here twice, The second I pulled up someone, if memory serves me right, Darrel, came and offered me a water bottle and gave me a time frame until they would be ready for me. I saw the line, and was willing to wait. The service is good and you can see them change your oil. You get to chill in your car the whole time. I ended up with two water bottles and a friendly service rider. They also let me know that they top off the fluids for frfee in between oill changes! If I recieve that survey, 10's accross the board. The entire process was smooth, and I really appreciated how efficient the team was while still taking the time to explain everything clearly. Darell was the technician who helped me, and he did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and made sure I understood what was being done to my vehicle. I never felt pressured into purchasing additional services, which I really appreciated. Instead, he provided honest recommendations and answered all of my questions professionally. The oil and filter change was completed quickly, and the team paid attention to the details throughout the service.
