There are so many options in where you can get your oil changed these days and I’m so glad the universe guided me to choose your store 792. It was an amazing experience from the moment I pulled up when Cade came running out with cold water for me, then immediately got me into a bay! Was so fast! Then Jon the manager came over and was looking at my car for me. I was over assuming on services I THOUGHT I needed and he advised me other wise and explained everything to me. Jon and Cade were so extremely friendly and helpful, most importantly they were HONEST! That is very refreshing and very rare to find these days when everything is costing more. If you want an honest shop with Integrity, go See Jon and his crew! They will now be my go-to shop from now on! Thank you Again Jon and Cade, you sure made my day!
Everyone working on this day were very nice and talked while we waited so the time went by faster. But as a customer I would highly recommend getting some industrial fans because it got hot sitting in the car and I can’t imagine how your workers feel. You will get more out of your employees if you show you care and take care of them by investing in good fans and not ones meant for a household for air circulation. I won’t be able to sit in my car either come the summer months. I bet you’d see more money if you make everyone more comfortable.

He was very friendly, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured. The entire process was quick and efficient, and the team worked together to get me back on the road in no time. The only feedback I would offer is regarding the working conditions. It appeared that the location’s air conditioning was not functioning properly. In Arizona’s extreme heat, it’s important for companies to provide a comfortable and safe working environment for their employees. Jeremiah and the team maintained a positive attitude and professional service despite the conditions, which made their efforts even more impressive. Overall, I highly recommend this location and appreciate Jeremiah’s excellent customer service.
