I went for an oil change and they informed me that it didn’t need it . I asked them about my coolant. I had it done at the dealer. They showed me that the sticker under the hood had not been done possibly topped off twice at the dealer but not logged or under pressure this possibly causing the air bubbles in my cooling system. I had the coolant done under pressure like it is supposed to be.and I feel that I can trust Take 5 with my car’s needs.
I don't drive much and I used to go to another oil change location and pay for an oil chagr apparently even when I didn't need it. Let me tell you when I went to take 5 and was told you havent even driven enough your oil is good, the oil filter is good and your air filter is good. They actually said your vehicle isn't ready for an oil change. WOW!!! Take 5 just got a customer for life!!! Highly recommend!!!
Had a light, "MAINTENANCE REQUIRED" pop up on my screen. I pulled in and requested an oil change. I sipped the cool water from the bottle they'd given me and watched them work. The young lady came to the drivers side window, "Oil down a bit, but clean. Why don't we just top it off for you?"They did just that. Turned off the dash light, sent me on my way. No Charge.THAT'S SERVICE.
