These guys were awesome! I have never used them before and just decided on a whim to try it. I’m always a bit skeptical on what to expect since I’ve had bad experiences at other places, but these guys were so kind and helpful and even told me I didn’t need one of the services that I thought I needed so they definitely earned my trust on that one and the whole process was so easy that I’ll definitely be back. Thanks again!
I had the oil changed on my 2016 Fiat by Take 5 when I don’t trust anyone to do so. Prior oil changes were done by a repair shop, but I was never told that my vehicle took a certain type oil because it was foreign. It cost more, but the fact that they had to make sure they could get to the proper area to install my filter before just attempting to do it made me feel that I could trust them to do it the right way, rather than just going ahead without consulting me. The attendant keep me informed about the price.Customer service was excellent. I did have to buy my own filters, but the price didn’t change. I will be back!
