I really hate writing bad reviews but when it comes to my work vehicle it’s a bit of a problem because I frequent take 5 oil change and car wash. I got an oil change today and the engine air filter replacement and was fairly quick but when I got down the road I start noticing it lost power and something was off whereas before I pulled in on a 2025 ford transit I haven’t had absolutely no mechanical issues now I get this oil change and within 10 miles it sounded like a low echoing machine gun especially when I get over 55 mph I also rechecked the oil several times and it was just a little low because it didn’t cover the top hole of the dipstick. I shouldn’t have to babysit someone working on my vehicle and yes it takes 12 quarts of oil so I’m pretty sure that noise is the result of someone tampering with something in which they had no business messing with so it’s gonna be a problem my mpg, performance, cooling. I addressed the issues I was having when I made a extra trip to see if the issues that I was experiencing with the vehicle were a result of a mistake on their behalf and the problem was taken care of and I am not having the issues anymore. Thank you Take 5.
They are all very friendly and nice. They do not up charge. They are very quick. All of the things you want from a business like this. Additionally, they helped me facilitate a small donation to Children’s Hospital. I do not typically assist corporations with donating because I believe corporations should donate their own money. But they were nice and did not give corporate greed vibes, so I donated
