Went yesterday and had my oil changed as well as my fuel filter because I drive a 2023 GMC AT4 diesel and I change the fuel filter every time I change the oil even though you don’t have to. The young gentleman that checked me in was extremely nice and helped me get in to a stall. It was my first time and I had no idea of the cost. He immediately got me a cost of everything I wanted done. Then they went to work. The 2 ladies that were working there jumped on it with him. They pulled the engine air filter out to check it and showed it to me. They did not make me fill pressured to purchase a new one at all like most places do. He just wanted to make me aware of it because it looked so bad. I normally don’t buy stuff like that from this type of place and do it myself but just simply because he didn’t do the pressured style sales pitch, it made me want to give him my business and of course it was in bad condition. I got a price and asked him to replace it. Then since I had them replace the fuel filter on my diesel motor one of the ladies took the time to show me how to prime it with the ignition system because anyone that knows anything about a diesel motor knows they are hard to get started after a filter is changed. She told me the best way to do it and it fired right up. I own a concrete placement company and going forward I may consider switching who does my company trucks over to them because it was so quick and reasonable! I don’t know the names of the employees but if I did I would sure mention them because they were so courteous and quick! I asked them to set all my tires on a pressure that I like them to be at (within the safe zone) and was out the door in a short time.
Drew and Riley at the Tillman's Corner branch were phenomenal. ❤❤❤I chose to get oil changed first, instead of purchasing gas on low. Those 2 men found a gas jug and went to Murphy's to put enough gas in my vehicle until I filled up. Thank you again. Each Take 5 location has been superb, but hats off to Tillman's Corner branch next to Rich's.
This was my first time to use Take 5 for an oil change. I went to the Tillman's Corner location and Drew is the employee that I dealt with. It was a good experience from start to finish and I'll be back and will recommend it to my friends. Sitting in my vehicle and only losing a few minutes from my busy day was great.
