I deal with take 5 oil change only, I have 6 vehicles. I went to the take 5 oil change on airport rd mobile Alabama. And the manager named Brian refused to check my vehicle!He was an absolute rude person. So I told him that I take all of my vehicles to take five in Semmes, and also I use the take 5 in mobile on shillinger rd. Brian said he didn't care go back to them ,and he wouldn't ck my vehicle or top my fluids.,But I would like to say the manager Jason on take 5 mobile shillinger rd has great customer service unlike Brian I will never ever go back to take 5 on airport.
gave me an ice cold bottle of water before anything started - very professional and efficient- told me everything going on - didn’t try to up sale me - seemed honest if needed or didn’t need anything - reprogrammed my maintenance for my car highly recommend and gave a honk when I left had a coupon for my service and much needed
Dale and his team did an excellent job explaining the services and any concerns they had. Watching the way they operated made me feel very confident that everything was being handled correctly. I highly recommend them
