Free vacuums

At some locations, access to the vacuum area may require going through the wash tunnel first due to layout restrictions. However, our vacuums are always free to use for customers, even if you don’t have time for a wash that day!

The quickest way to try and recover a vacuumed up item will always be to go back to the location as soon as possible and speak to an attendant. If you are out of the area or the wash has already closed for the evening you can submit a customer service ticket here

We don’t enforce a specific time limit for vacuum use. However, we kindly ask you to be considerate of other customers, especially during peak wash hours, and aim to finish within a reasonable timeframe. Most customers complete their vacuuming in 10-15 minutes.
