I want to commend and thank the two gentlemen that served me at this location. I went in for an oil change, based on the recommended mileage sticker from a competitor, and after a look at my oil and knowing I use full synthetic oil, the recommended that I do not pay for an oil change that is not needed. I value their honesty, and will use this location moving forward.
Shane and Ransey took such good care of me and my car, I came in about a half hour until close and they made sure everything was taken care of for me. They were transparent about everything they were doing to my car and made sure I was educated all the way through. Very good customer service and a good, quick experience all around. I’ll be back!
The best staff!! Never experienced such great customer service than the gentlemen at this location! I hope this company truly values these dudes and all they are bringing to Take 5! Shane & Ranzey I believe were the two that helped me. Highly recommend this location and these dudes to all of the columbus area!
